Business & EconomicsOur client, a leading company in the maritime industry based in Hamburg, is looking for a motivated Technical Assistant. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with international partners and to make an important contribution to the organization and project implementation. We are pleased to work with our client, who designs and manufactures air conditioning systems for cruise ships, passenger ships and special-purpose ships.

- Organization and communication: preparing for and following up on appointments, creating minutes of meetings and results, and communicating with internal and external partners in Germany and abroad;
- Creating and managing documents: creating presentations, evaluations, statistics, status reports and other project-related documents; adapting and scheduling documents according to the project plan;
- Project coordination: providing support with organization, dealing with shipping companies, delivery and presentation of projects from the concept to commissioning;
- Process optimization: Coordination of processes and systems with customers and suppliers; maintenance and further development of communication platforms such as the intranet and moderation of workshops to optimize processes;
- Quality and process development: Development and further development of work instructions and process descriptions, including evaluation of change requests for existing processes;
- Mentoring and support: Supervision of apprentices, students and interns as well as support for their further development.
Functie eisen
- A university degree or commercial/technical training with several years of professional experience.
- Very good knowledge of Excel, in particular in the use of V-Lookup. Experience with macro programming (VBA) is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
- Structured, solution-oriented and flexible approach to work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills and strong organizational skills.
