Senior HVAC Engineer

• Lead the design and engineering of HVAC systems for floating offshore substations.
• Develop solutions that enhance energy efficiency, reliability, and durability of HVAC systems under offshore conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate HVAC systems seamlessly with electrical and structural components.
• Ensure compliance with offshore industry regulations and safety standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and optimize HVAC designs to handle severe weather impacts.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC engineering, ideally within the offshore or marine industry.
• Proven experience in the design of HVAC systems for offshore or heavy industrial applications.
• Strong knowledge of offshore industry standards and regulations, particularly in HVAC applications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage a team effectively.
• Proficiency in HVAC design software and tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
