Your MARKET: shipyards, engineering/design offices & consultancies in (north) Germany,

Your TEAM: international, results-oriented, and social.

As a Recruitment Consultant at Middle Point, you'll focus on an assigned market or discipline, sourcing candidates, and building and maintaining your talent pool. You'll act as the market expert, advising and supporting candidates throughout their journey, not only in finding suitable roles but also in relocating to Germany, settling in, and thriving in their new positions.

To excel in this role, you should derive satisfaction from finding and placing unique profiles, assisting others, and cultivating long-term relationships. You're driven to achieve targets and exceed the expectations of both candidates and clients. In essence, as a Recruitment Consultant, you aim to be the first, the best, and the most reliable professional that candidates and clients have ever encountered.

Your daily responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with colleagues by working on specific assignments within your specialization.
• As a Recruitment Consultant, you own the recruitment cycle within your specialization, from advertising vacancies and sourcing and selecting professionals to contracting and providing support in case of relocation to Germany.
• Conduct interviews and assist candidates in finding the best-fitting positions within our clients' organizations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and provide active support to each other.
• Develop and manage relationships with placed candidates.
• Be a recruitment specialist in the market, actively sharing information with colleagues regarding relevant developments and strengthening Middle Point's brand name.

• Experience recruitment, preferably at an agency;
• Bachelor/HBO level of education (preferably in HRM, BA or similar);
• Experience in the German labor market is preferred;
• Expert in recruitment tools such as ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.;
• Fluent in both German & English;
• Team player, trustworthy & able to build genuine relationships;
• Curious, eager to learn, positive, fun and respectful;
• Transparent, persistent & realistic;
• Residence in Amsterdam area or willing to relocate;
• Willingness to occasionally travel to Germany.
