Quotations & Proposals Administrator

In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for managing quotation and proposal processes using custom tools and predefined templates. It’s a great opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a desire to develop within the maritime industry.

• Review and analyze Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
• Identify components and specifications required for proposals.
• Compile details into customized Excel sheets with predefined fields.
• Collaborate with the engineering team for technical input when necessary.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders.

• Basic technical knowledge, ideally supported by relevant degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong English writing skills.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of Dutch is preferred but not mandatory.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with administrative tasks.
