We are excited to support our client in finding exceptional Basic Ship Design Engineers and Systems & Equipment Engineers across disciplines as they embark on a groundbreaking shipbuilding project—designing one of the world’s largest and most advanced polar research icebreakers. This state-of-the-art vessel will push the boundaries of icebreaking technology, sustainability, and scientific exploration.

Are you a well experienced Mission Equipment Mechanical Engineer  who's excited to be part of something big? Join their team in Wismar who covers the  basic design, detailed design, construction support, and commissioning supervision for the project.

As Mission Equipment Mechanical Engineer your involvement includes subcontractor management and lead the technical specification qualification of specialized mechanical system and equipment for the vessel, as well as the involvement in the integration of these systems and equipment.  You will work in a multidisciplinary environment, contributing to state-of-the-art ship design and engineering solutions.
