Electrical Supervisor

Electrical & InstrumentationOur client specializes in the system integration of electrical and automation systems on board naval ships, submarines, and superyachts.
As the Electrical Supervisor, your role involves overseeing operational and technical activities on board exclusive superyachts. You will lead (sub)projects, ensuring timely, complete, accurate, and budget-compliant delivery in collaboration with other executive colleagues. The projects primarily revolve around the assembly of electronic equipment, the installation of ironwork for cable trays, and the cabling of these vessels.

In your role of Electrical Supervisor, you will:
- Preparate projects based on specifications, drawings, and technical data.
- Plan project activities, including the deployment of technicians, materials, and tools.
- Coordinate and execute the respective projects, overseeing subcontractors and technicians operationally, and ensuring:
- Achievement of project objectives.
- Compliance with contract and quality requirements, as well as relevant technical regulations.
- Adherence to all relevant standards, procedures, and environmental and safety requirements.
- Act as the point of contact for various customer representatives, discussing project progress, any deviations, their causes, and how they will be addressed.
- Document changes in the relevant documents.
Functie eisen
As ElectricalSupervisor, you possess:
- Minimum vocational education (mbo) level of thinking and working.
- At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role as an electrical works supervisor.
- Domain expertise in all relevant ship processes and systems.
- A valid NEN3140 certificate.
- A valid VCA-VOL certificate, demonstrating familiarity with relevant safety regulations.
- Effective and clear communication skills in both written and verbal Dutch and English.

- Depending on your experience, an annual gross salary up to € 65.000 per year.
