Electrical Engineer

The Electrical Engineer will be involved from the proposal phase by performing design and calculations. Together with the team, you deliver the requested engineering documents and turn technical and practical knowledge into innovative design. 

In the role of Electrical Engineer, you will:

• Develop deliverables such as specification documents, functional descriptions, schematic drawings, test/validation plans
• Perform calculations to prove the design, and participate in design checks and reviews
• Assist the Purchase department in the performance of cost analysis on offers, and in the drafting and production of proposals
• Ensure the timely contribution to the project of vendors and subcontractors
• Develop/describe standards and working methods
• Ensure your technical support and participation on commissioning activities.

As Electrical Engineeto haver, you need:

• MSc or BSc in Electrical Engineering (or other relevant discipline), combined with at least 3 years of experience in the design and installation of complex electrical systems
• Experience working in complex projects, ideally gained in ships, offshore or industrial installations
• Good knowledge of Class, rules and regulations
• Good knowledge of English (Dutch and German are highly preferred)
• EU citizenship combined with excellent antecedents (NON-EU profiles will not be considered)
