Our client in Rotterdam is looking for a Procurement Lead with experience  complex offshore projects. As a Procurement Lead, you will be at the heart of offshore project execution, ensuring safety, budget control, scheduling, and quality of procurement activities for floating production systems.

Taken

  • Oversee the entire PO process from RFQ to close-out, ensuring alignment with project goals
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies in collaboration with Category Managers
  • Lead vendor negotiations and manage all commercial and contractual matters
  • Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and vendor documentation compliance
  • Monitor procurement performance through reporting and health checks
  • Share lessons learned to support continuous improvement across the supply chain

Functie eisen

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO-/WO-niveau) in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain
  • Proven experience in procurement within offshore or technical industries
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
  • Solid understanding of technical and contractual procurement processes
  • Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
