As Team Lead Design Control, you will oversee critical aspects of naval vessel projects, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely delivery throughout the engineering and production processes.

Tasks

  • Lead a Design Control team during basic and detailed engineering phases for specialized shipbuilding projects.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including planning, budget control, and progress reporting.
  • Coordinate design reviews and technical support activities for contracted projects.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and specifications, contributing to knowledge development and process improvement.

Job requirements

  • EU CITIZENSHIP!
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field with at least five years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in ship design, particularly complex naval ships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage work packages within budget and schedule, following engineering standards and statutory requirements.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication and leadership skills.
