Our client, a company specializing in marine, rail, offshore, and industrial climate solutions, is looking for a Systemingenieur HVAC to join their team in Hamburg. With over 140 years of experience and as part of a global group, they set high-quality standards in their field.

Tasks

  • Analyzing and evaluating customer specifications to develop HVAC concepts for marine ships.
  • Conducting transmission calculations, creating performance tables, and various construction lists.
  • Specifying HVAC components for supplier inquiries.
  • Selecting and designing in-house system products.
  • Providing customer support and occasional on-site supervision for technical discussions.
  • Reporting to project and department management.

Job requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plant Engineering, Energy Technology, or Supply Engineering. Alternatively, a state-certified technician in Heating/Climate/Ventilation.
  • Strong knowledge in calculation, design, and optimization of HVAC systems.
  • Initial experience in 1-D simulation.
  • Proficient in  English (spoken and written).
  • Experienced in using MS Office products.
  • Professional experience in the repair of refrigeration systems in shipbuilding and/or offshore (preferable).
  • EU Citizenship
