Senior Project Planner Yacht building

Project ManagementWe are looking for a Senior Project Planner who can ensure that the most luxurious and high-quality superyachts in the world can be built in The Netherlands!
This role is indispensable for project management and the operational construction team. You would plan one project at a time, so the overall planning of that superyacht would be your responsibility, as well as managing important project milestones.
Please note that only candidates already living in The Netherlands or EU will be considered.

Tasks
- Drawing up, managing and controlling the integral project planning;
- Implementing or ensuring mitigating measures for identified risks, bottlenecks and deviations;
- Coordination with subcontractors;
- Consult one-on-one with production planners from the various departments;
- Manage, process and make various types of data available for different disciplines during all phases of the project;
- In the future, possibly manage two fellow Project Planners.
Job requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in planning within the shipbuilding sector;
- Experience in yacht building is highly appreciated;
- Previous experience with Power Bi and/ or Primavera P6;
- Preferably experience with leading a team;
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management;
- Proactive and open to continuous improvement;
- Fluent in English and preferably in Dutch as well.
