Naval Architecture

Join our client's team as a Naval Architect/Designer, responsible for creating technical designs and conducting critical calculations for marine projects. Lead the design process, generate 2D/3D models, and oversee quality assurance tests for shipbuilding.

Tasks

  • Develop technical specifications and create designs for various marine projects.
  • Conduct calculations related to Stability, Speed-power/Resistance, Weight management, and Hydro-structural analyses.
  • Generate 2D drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software.
  • Lead the conceptual and basic design phases for different types of ships.
  • Perform Inclining tests, Deadweight surveys, and on-board laser scans as part of quality assurance and assessment processes.

 

Job requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with specialized knowledge in concept and basic design.
  • Capacity to handle diverse projects, from submarines to floating offshore units and special vessels.
  • Commitment to staying updated with industry advancements and actively contributing to the company's growth in this regard.
  • Good command English language (written and verbal).
  • EU citizenship is mandatory!
