Senior Integration Engineer HVAC-R Systems

In this role, you will apply engineering skills to oversee all custom HVAC aspects from concept to project realization and deliver crucial technical output.

Tasks
- Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, both from the client and relevant statutory bodies;
- Integrating components and systems in collaboration with various stakeholders in the final ship design;
- Providing updates to the engineering database and acquiring, reviewing supplier engineering information and documentation, such as mechanical drawings, schematics, calculations, electrical diagrams, etc.;
- Performing technical design calculations and subcontract design validation;
- Outsourcing detailed engineering design and inspecting components at suppliers while conducting Factory Acceptance Tests;
- Implementing commissioning activities and ensuring and strengthening relationships with technical representatives and subcontractors.
Job requirements
- Bachelor+ degree in HVAC engineering or several years of work experience with HVAC-R in shipbuilding, offshore, or industrial installations;
- Experience in complying with regulatory requirements of statutory bodies in the shipbuilding sector;
- Establishment of plans, leading a team of engineers, and focused management for quality and results;
No visa sponsorship will be provided for this role. EU nationality of candidates with existing rights to work in The Netherlands is a mandatory requirement for this position.
