Senior Engineer Construction

As Senior Engineer Construction, you will play a key role in the final design and engineering of luxury superyachts. Working closely with the Lead Engineer Construction and a team of dedicated engineers, you will ensure that all construction details, including 3D models and data sheets, meet the project requirements.

• Manage a group of Engineers within a project team;
• Oversee detailed engineering for the construction process;
• Create and refine 3D models and various data sheets;
• Coordinate with engineers from other disciplines (e.g., Mechanical, Interior, and Exterior);
• Ensure compliance with quality standards;
• Monitor the information flow to and from production, ensuring the alignment of schedules, budgets, and quality.

• Minimum MBO/HBO level of education (equivalent to vocational or higher professional education​);
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in shipbuilding or yachtbuilding;
• Strong knowledge of the construction process for seaworthy superyachts;
• Proficiency in CAD drawing tools, NX, and Team Centre;
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
• Skilled in coaching and motivating colleagues and ability to communicate effectively with team members.
