Tasks

  • Managing individual processes within the Integrated Management Systems department
  • Coordinating actions to maintain certifications according to management system standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001)
  • Establishing, maintaining, and managing the Integrated Management System
  • Performing analyses and creating reports on the performance of the Integrated Management System
  • Supporting the Quality Representative
  • Managing, updating, and archiving documentation
  • Updating data analyses and evaluations according to the guidelines of the Quality Representative

Job requirements

  • Vocational training in a technical profession and several years of professional experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • English language skills
  • Teamwork skills and a meticulous work ethic
  • Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and a goal-oriented work approach.
