Tasks
- Managing specific quality assurance processes.
- Developing, maintaining, and enhancing the QM system in compliance with DIN ISO 9001.
- Drafting internal procedures, testing protocols, and work instructions.
- Defining quality checkpoints and performance metrics.
- Acting as the primary contact for external stakeholders regarding quality issues.
- Managing and overseeing testing equipment and conducting internal audits.
- Promoting a culture of quality through training and awareness programs.
- Planning and organizing internal and external audits.
Job requirements
- Completed training as a certified technician or equivalent qualification (localized as MBO Level 4 or higher).
- Additional certification in DIN ISO 9001 application.
- Several years of experience in quality management, preferably in the shipbuilding sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong English skills, both written and spoken.
- High level of dedication, flexibility, and stress tolerance.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- EU Citizenship or German Blue Card.
