Quality Representative - Welding Technology

Our client seeks a skilled Quality Representative in Welding Technology, responsible for maintaining high standards in welding quality and compliance. This role is based in a dynamic environment where quality control and technical precision are paramount.

Tasks

  • Assist in managing the ISO 3434-2 compliance and additional welding operation approvals.
  • Collaborate with welding supervision per operational guidelines.
  • Conduct quality analyses with various departments.
  • Oversee production adherence to NDT test plans.
  • Evaluate welding analysis results and related key figures.
  • Prepare technical documents and maintain records in welding technology.
  • Develop and refine welding procedures.

Job requirements

  • State-certified technician with experience in welding technology or a welding engineer qualification (SFI/EWE/IWE per DVS-IIW/EWF 1173).
  • Additional training in DIN EN ISO 9001 and ISO 3834-2.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Flexibility, resilience, and a proactive work ethic.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
