Tasks

  • Supervision of individual quality assurance processes;
  • Establishment, maintenance, and management of the QM system;
  • Creation of department-specific processes, procedures, testing, and work instructions;
  • Development of internal quality control plans;
  • Definition of quality inspection points and quality standards;
  • Acting as the point of contact for external parties on quality-related issues;
  • Definition of quality metrics- Management of testing equipment;
  • Promotion of quality awareness through appropriate measures as well as planning and organization of internal and external audits.

 

Job requirements

  • Certified technician or equivalent additional qualification with several years of professional experience;
  • Additional training in the application of DIN ISO 9001;
  • Proficiency in MS Office products;
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken;
  • Willingness to work, flexibility, and resilience.
