Tasks
- Oversee quality checkpoints and gates throughout production.
- Independently manage internal and external quality issues.
- Participate in manufacturing process monitoring to uphold standards.
- Ensure internal quality through transparency and staff engagement.
- Oversee product handover to clients and regulatory bodies.
- Assist in recording and evaluating quality metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement (CIP) initiatives related to quality.
- Promote quality awareness across all departments.
Job requirements
- Completed technical vocational training with substantial professional experience.
- Preferred experience in shipbuilding.
- Proficiency with MS Office products.
- Good command of English (spoken and written), German language is a big plus.
- Flexible, resilient, and collaborative with excellent communication skills.
- EU citizenship/ residency.
