We are looking for a Quality & Safety Coordinator in Germany! You would be essential in maintaining and enhancing our client’s quality standards and your responsibilities will span monitoring production checkpoints, managing quality issues, and supporting ongoing process improvements.

Tasks

  • Oversee quality checkpoints and gates throughout production.
  • Independently manage internal and external quality issues.
  • Participate in manufacturing process monitoring to uphold standards.
  • Ensure internal quality through transparency and staff engagement.
  • Oversee product handover to clients and regulatory bodies.
  • Assist in recording and evaluating quality metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement (CIP) initiatives related to quality.
  • Promote quality awareness across all departments.

Job requirements

  • Completed technical vocational training with substantial professional experience.
  • Preferred experience in shipbuilding.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written), German language is a big plus. 
  • Flexible, resilient, and collaborative with excellent communication skills.
  • EU citizenship/ residency.
