Project Manager Engineering E&A

As a Project Manager Engineering E&A, you will lead and coordinate the execution of engineering activities for electrical and automation systems. This includes ensuring system integration, managing deliverables, and aligning with various disciplines, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all E&A-related engineering activities for system integration and testing onboard new build vessels.
• Drive project results, focusing on schedule, quality, and cost.
• Define project demarcations, planning, and monitoring progress, while guiding engineers and suppliers.
• Coordinate information flow across departments and stakeholders.
• Align with other engineering disciplines (shipbuilding and mechanical) to resolve integration issues.
• Ensure compliance with class/flag state requirements, EMI/EMC regulations, and physical/data interfaces.
• Organize and participate in project integration reviews and testing phases (HIL, FAT, HAT, SAT).

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Automation Engineering or a relevant technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in designing, integrating, and installing complex electrical and automation systems.
• Functional development experience in Control & Monitoring systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch proficiency is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for short trips (1-2 times per year).
