Naval Architecture

Become a Naval Architect - Design Engineer with our client and contribute to a team delivering end-to-end consultancy and engineering services, from feasibility studies to detailed design, engineering, and site supervision, for groundbreaking maritime projects across various sectors.

Tasks

  • Contribute to innovative and technically complex maritime projects, including submarine designs, FPSO conversions, and system integrations
  • Develop technical specifications and create detailed designs
  • Perform various calculations such as stability, speed-power/resistance, weight management, and hydro-structural analyses
  • Produce high-quality 2D drawings and 3D models for design processes
  • Participate in the conceptual and basic design phases of diverse ship types
  • Conduct inclining tests, deadweight surveys, and onboard laser scanning for accurate assessments

Job requirements

  •  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Naval Architecture or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in the discipline, preferably on naval vessels projects
  • Specialist knowledge & expertise in concept and basic design processes
  • Enthusiastic about working on various projects, including submarines, floating offshore units, and special vessels
  • Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments
  • Willingness to actively contribute to the company’s engagement in new developments
  • EU Citizenship is MANDATORY for this role
