That is why we are looking for an enterprising and driven Account Manager who will independently develop this market and strengthen our presence.

As an Account Manager Germany, you will play a crucial role in the further growth of our successful business. Together with the CEO, you will build lasting relationships with leading (marine) ship, offshore and yacht building companies and connect them with the best technical professionals. You act as a partner for personnel issues and translate their needs into workable assignments.
Working closely with our Recruitment Consultants, you will develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure the smooth running of the entire selection process – from interviews to contract signing. We mediate international engineers and you support and advise in the process of work permits/visas and relocations. We serve customers from Papenburg to Wolgast, so you will have to travel frequently. The evening is often a suitable time to have a bite to eat with our professionals on location.
Develop the market independently – You have the assignment and the freedom to develop your market and grow Middle Point in Germany.
Building and strengthening relationships – You will further expand the network and position us as a preferred supplier to our customers.
Closing deals – You negotiate, advise and ensure successful and lasting matches. You take care of extensions and with your knowledge of the local laws and regulations you ensure that all is correct.
Networking – You visit companies, attend trade fairs (at home and abroad) and organize events to further put Middle Point on the map.
Flexible / remote working – After an intensive training period in the Netherlands, you will largely work from home in Germany. Regular trips to the Netherlands keep you connected to the team.
