Marine Systems & Piping

We are looking for a Supply Operations Coordinator responsible for the entire logistics process for our client's Piping Department. You would make operational decisions, lead simple change processes and sustainably improve performance, being the connecting link between customers, suppliers and internal teams. Your mission would be to ensure that goods are delivered or stored in our client's factory with efficiency, safety and punctuality.

Fluency in Dutch is mandatory for this role!

Tasks

  • Responsible for incoming and outgoing flow of goods.
  • Preparing deliveries for aftercare providers, our customers and the assembly departments in different locations.
  • Checking deliveries and identifying and reporting inaccuracies.
  • Organizing and arranging transports of (partial) products.
  • Continuously improving the logistics process.
  • Keeping the warehouse and shipping area in order (5S).
  • Keeping records of all movements.
  • Inventory management of consumables.

Job requirements

  • Education in the field of Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Shipbuilding or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Previous relevant experience.
  • Good command in Dutch and English, spoken and written.
  • Driving license B (BE/C/CE are a plus).
  • You are a team player, organizer, strong communicator, analytical, flexible, and results and customer-oriented.
  • You collaborate well, are driven and take initiative.
