We are looking for a qualified Lead Project Planning Coordinator - Production (Interim).

You will plan, monitor the progress and subsequent evaluation of this extensive naval shipbuilding project. You will develop and incorporate STW, HAT and SAT schedules into the weapon system planning process.

Your tasks will also include collaborating with professional colleagues at different project sites.

Tasks

  • Plan, monitor the progress and subsequent evaluation of this extensive project;
  • Carry out the integration of subcontractor data into the shipbuilding planning process and monitor construction progress on the vessel;
  • Identify bottlenecks early and address potential challenges at an early stage;
  • Developing and incorporating STW, HAT and SAT schedules into the planning process for weapon systems;
  • Collaboration with staff at sites in Hamburg, Kiel, Wolgast and the Netherlands is required.

Job requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in technical field + at least 5 years of experience in planning extensive difficult projects, and experience in the shipbuilding industry or similar industries is advantageous;
  • Knowledge in the use of planning software such as MS Project or Primavera, or the determination to familiarize yourself with it;
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills;
  • Excellent recommendations from previous employers are required as a conventional security check will be carried out in the recruitment process;  
  • Given the military nature of the clients and the project, EU citizenship and a permanent EU work visa are required.
