Lead Instrumentation Engineer - Offshore Energy

Electrical & InstrumentationWe are looking for a Lead Instrumentation Engineer with previous experience in greenfield Automation and Telecommunication detailed engineering to lead the discipline within projects in the offshore and energy market.
Candidates already living in The Netherlands or EU are strongly preferred!

Tasks
- Providing technical support to projects;
- Providing designs within the set requirements (in time, budget, quality, safety, legal regulations);
- Guarding quality of key documents;
- Preparing and reviewing bid evaluations.
Job requirements
- Relevant Bsc or Msc;
- At least 10 years of experience working for engineering company;
- At least 5 years of experience in leading a team of instrumentation engineers and designers in a detailed engineering project;
- Experienced in greenfield Automation and Telecommunication detailed engineering, in offshore platform design and HV substations design;
- Experienced in preparing spec, TBE and attending FAT for SCADA/ DCS system, for telecommunication systems like CCTV, PAGA, radio systems, LAN, WiFi, etc. and for Fire and Gas detection system;
- Experienced in preparing instrumentation detailed design deliverables like: cablelist, instrument/ telecom/ Fire detection block diagrams, instrument/ telecom/ Fire detection layouts, termination diagrams, installation typical hookups, mounting typicals, loop diagrams;
- Proficient in preparing engineering deliverables like: cause and effect, Control narratives, Network architecture diagrams;
- Proficient in Smart Plant instrumentation;
- Familiar with E3D.
