Lead Electrical Engineer - Offshore Energy

As the Electrical Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical engineers and designers in detailed engineering projects. Your primary focus will be on greenfield low voltage power distribution, with additional involvement in high voltage substations design. 

You will: 

• Prepare specifications, technical bid evaluations, and attend FAT for various electrical LV systems.
• Conduct Electrical System Studies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant national and international codes and standards.
• Prepare detailed design deliverables.
• Work with engineering software tools such as ETAP and E3D.

As Lead Electrical Engineer, you'll need:

• MSc or BSc in Electrical Engineering (or similar discipline, combined with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous experience leading a team of engineers and designers in an engineering company.
• Previous experience in greenfield LV power distribution detailed engineering.
• Familiarity with offshore platform design, and HV substations design.
• Proficiency in preparing electrical detailed design deliverables (such as cable list, block diagrams, layouts, etc.).
• Knowledge of LV, MV and HV distribution systems.
• Familiarity with local and international codes.
• Knowledge (or familiarity) with software such as ETAP, E3D, SPI
