Construction Manager/ Coordinator

You will be responsible for managing and supervising projects in the field of insulation or preservation, with a particular focus on quality, deadlines and budgets:

• Coordinating all parties involved in the project (internal and external), including customers, partner companies and shipyards
• Ensuring that the project runs smoothly
• Initiating and implementing solutions to challenges
• Evaluating the scope of work and estimating costs
• Complying with occupational safety regulations
• Supporting and instructing apprentices and interns
• Conducting quality inspections and acceptances in accordance with class regulations

• Technician or master craftsman with several years of professional experience, ideally in the maritime industry
• Strong hands-on mentality and a good understanding of the big picture
• Confident manner in an international environment and good English skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills – you hold the threads together
• Resilience and flexibility in dynamic project phases
• IT affinity for the efficient use of digital tools and systems
• Frosio certification is an advantage
