Tasks

In this role, you will:

  • Provide technical-logistic support to customers and ensure delivery of contractual commitments.
  • Create specifications and quantity frameworks for project quotations.
  • Prepare project-specific ILS and technical documentation.
  • Independently edit and update spare parts catalogues, including NATO codification.
  • Plan, prepare, and maintain S2000M spare parts catalogues in collaboration with project and development teams.
  • Select, assign, and manage subcontractors for technical-logistic support.
  • Conduct reviews and verification of spare parts catalogues to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality for system manuals and other ILS-related activities.
  • Guide illustrators in creating and updating SPC illustrations.

Job requirements

  • BSc in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in technical documentation, preferably in the maritime industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) principles.
  • Familiarity with ILS standards, especially ASD S2000M.
  • Basic experience with XML-based authoring systems for technical documentation.
  • Excellent technical German and English language skills.
  • Strong methodical and didactic presentation skills.
  • Native German language is mandatory.
