Tasks
- Application Management: Act as the specialist for CAD/PLM software such as Siemens NX, 3DX, CATIA, or Cadmatic, ensuring optimal usage and integration within the organization.
- PLM Library Maintenance: Oversee and maintain the PLM library, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a heavy industry or specialized engineering context.
- Bridge Between Engineering and IT: Translate engineering diagrams based on customer needs into application systems, enabling engineers to seamlessly adjust and refine designs.
- System Configuration: Design and oversee the application environment, linking engineering teams to the software by implementing the right modules, attributes, and parameters.
Job requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in a similar position, preferably in a corporate environment as part of a staff department.
- Experience in application maintenance, preferably within a technical, complex engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Product Lifecycle Management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s level in IT or other relevant discipline.
- Experience with 3DX Dassault Systems or SAP is plus.
- Good command of the Dutch & English language (written & verbal).
- Excellent references antecedents as a pre-employment security screening is standard part of the recruitment procedure.
- Permanent EU citizenship and passport are both required. Candidates who only have an NL/EU work visa or who hold both an EU and non-EU nationality and/or passport are not eligible, in accordance with the security requirements imposed by the military nature of our projects.
