Tasks
- Advising the employer and personnel responsible for occupational safety and accident prevention
- Conducting safety inspections of operational facilities and technical equipment before commissioning
- Evaluating work procedures from a safety perspective before implementation
- Monitoring compliance with occupational safety regulations and accident prevention measures
- Raising awareness and educating employees on safety requirements and accident prevention
- Assisting in the training of safety officers
- Supervising trainees and interns
Job requirements
- Completed engineering degree or qualification as a certified technician or master craftsman (localized qualification)
- Several years of experience in occupational safety, preferably in the offshore industry
- Certified qualification as a Safety Specialist
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent English skills
- EU citizenship or a German Blue Card
