We're currently looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant, ideally with a background in the yacht industry. As an Executive Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role working alongside our CEO and other key members of Management Team. Your responsibilities will encompass project management, administrative support, commercial operations, communication, and hospitality tasks, ensuring the smooth sailing of company's endeavors.

Tasks

  • Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties like managing a volatile calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging & booking complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas, compiling & archiving documents for meetings
  • Prepare meetings both in-house and external, take effective notes and follow-up on assigned action items
  • Prepare catering & hospitality arrangements for in-house or external client meetings including
  • Handle and prepare non-disclosure agreements, invoices, receipts and administration
  • Work on additional ad hoc requests for the CEO throughout the day
  • Travel in Europe, as well as intercontinental from time-to-time, also availability outside office hours from time-to-time.

Job requirements

  • + 4 years of experience in nautical sector / yacht industry, providing high level services in an international business environment
  • Proactive and accurate with a very high level of professionalism
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and spoken English)
  • MS Office suite mastery, Adobe skills a plus
  • EU citizenship / NL work permit is a must
