We are seeking a skilled Engineer Plans & Arrangements to join the outfitting team of naval projects where you will be at the forefront of outfitting engineering, focusing on accommodation and technical spaces excluding engine rooms. Collaborating with a team of outfitting engineers, you will apply your technical expertise to ensure the functionality, maintainability, and ergonomic design of outfitting arrangements.

Tasks

  • Execute engineering activities using 2D and 3D environments, such as Cadmatic or 3DExperience (Catia).
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
  • Develop necessary information, including arrangements, lists, and fabrication/mounting drawings.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of the department.
  • Develop and describe yard standards to enhance operational efficiency.

Job requirements

  • +4 years of experience with the engineering of Outfitting systems
  • Proficiency in 2D CAD and 3D CAD systems, such as Cadmatic or 3DExperience (Catia).
  • Knowledge of Class and Statutory regulations and outfitting systems, preferably within the maritime or offshore industries.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • EU citizenship (mandatory)
