Tasks
- Coordinating and supervising electrical installation activities, including the installation of cable trays, switchboards, and electrical components.
- Ensuring the installation of all necessary cables and connections.
- Programming frequency converters and performing rotational direction tests.
- Conducting commissioning of ventilation systems and ensuring proper local system operation.
- Leading daily progress meetings and coordinating with all involved parties.
- Managing and steering subcontractors and evaluating additional work.
- Maintaining project status and schedule planning.
- Overseeing safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations at the site.
- Acting as the interface between work preparation, material supply, and the technical office.
- Planning short- and mid-term capacities together with subcontractors and supervisors.
Job requirements
- Completed education or qualification in electrical engineering.
- Proven experience in shipbuilding or the offshore sector.
- Strong understanding of electrical system installation, maintenance, and commissioning.
- Experience in site management and subcontractor coordination.
- Proficiency in standard office applications.
- Good English skills in speaking and writing; German skills are an advantage.
- EU citizenship or a German Blue Card is required.
