Electrical Supervisor

In your role of Electrical Supervisor, you will:

• Preparate projects based on specifications, drawings, and technical data.
• Plan project activities, including the deployment of technicians, materials, and tools.
• Coordinate and execute the respective projects, overseeing subcontractors and technicians operationally, and ensuring:
  • Achievement of project objectives.
  • Compliance with contract and quality requirements, as well as relevant technical regulations.
  • Adherence to all relevant standards, procedures, and environmental and safety requirements.
• Act as the point of contact for various customer representatives, discussing project progress, any deviations, their causes, and how they will be addressed.
• Document changes in the relevant documents.

As ElectricalSupervisor, you possess:

• Minimum vocational education (mbo) level of thinking and working.
• At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role as an electrical works supervisor.
• Domain expertise in all relevant ship processes and systems.
• A valid NEN3140 certificate.
• A valid VCA-VOL certificate, demonstrating familiarity with relevant safety regulations.
• Effective and clear communication skills in both written and verbal Dutch and English.
