Tasks
The Engineering Department employs talented designers and engineers, providing innovative, cost effective engineering.
In your role of Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering engineering and design output that meets specified project, safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
- Providing support to other disciplines within agreed-upon timeframes, including interface coordination and interdisciplinary checks.
- Potentially serving as a lead engineer for the electrical discipline or package engineer for electrical packages.
- Reporting progress, setbacks, and concerns on various projects to the lead (project) engineer within the E&I team.
- Identifying and signaling technical risks and abnormalities within projects.
Job requirements
As Electrical Engineer, you possess a pro-active attitude, problem solving skills and attention to details.
In addition, you:
- Have a MSc or BSc in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline.
- Have already some experience gained (ideally) in oil & gas or shipbuilding.
- Have experience performing calculations, document processing, spreadsheets and database management.
- Are eager to travel and visit construction sites.
- Can communicate efficiently in English.
