We are currently looking for an qualified Senior Project Planner - Production with experience in the maritime industry. The position requires travel to Kiel, Wolgast or Vlissingen.

As Senior Project Planner - Production, you will be responsible for ensuring the planning, progress and tracking of this extensive shipbuilding project. This includes integrating subcontractors, identifying bottlenecks and coordinating with various sites. 

Tasks

  • Overseeing the planning, progress assessment and follow-up of this extensive shipbuilding project;
  • Incorporating subcontractor details into the shipbuilding schedule and monitoring progress on board;
  • Identifying bottlenecks and proactively resolving potential planning issues;
  • Develop and integrate STW, HAT and SAT schedules for combat systems;
  • Coordination with colleagues in Hamburg, Kiel, Wolgast and the Netherlands.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field and at least five years of experience in planning large and complex projects, preferably in the shipbuilding or similar industry;
  • Confident use of planning software such as MS Project or Primavera, or willingness to learn it;
  • Very good written and spoken German and English;
  • Due to a standard pre-employment security check as part of the recruitment process, strong professional references are required;
  • Permanent EU citizenship in conjunction with an EU work visa is mandatory for our personnel due to the nature of the military projects.
