Operative Planner

Enter the fascinating world of shipbuilding and help shape the future of shipping! We are looking for a dedicated Operative Planner who shares our customer-oriented vision. As a member of the team in Northern Germany, you will be responsible for challenging projects for air conditioning systems in cruise ships, passenger ships and special ships. Your passion for planning activities and your enthusiasm for structured teamwork are required to realize innovative solutions in a dynamic environment. Tasks

  • Analysis of the factors influencing the air conditioning system throughout the construction process and development of an end-to-end coordinated schedule for production;
  • Creation of schedules with hours, monitoring of working hours and derivation of capacity planning and statistics;
  • Responsibility for cooperation with partner companies and coordination within the concern, including recording agreements. Implementing plans and defending the results achieved;
  • Planning and realization of contract awarding, calculation of orders and commissioning of partner companies in close cooperation with the responsible supervisors for implementation;
  • Communicating with other planning and execution areas to share information, followed by a documented record;
  • Planning schedules and resources that span multiple yards.

Job requirements

  • Successfully completed technical or commercial vocational training with several years of professional experience is required. Alternatively, further training as a master craftsman or technician with relevant professional experience. A university degree is an advantage;
  • Enthusiasm for structured teamwork and planning activities; Very good communication skills;
  • Willingness to travel on business;
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English.
