Tasks
- Collaborate with fellow engineers, Senior Engineers, and Lead Engineer Construction;
- Perform detailed engineering of the construction;
- Develop 3D models and various project data sheets;
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination with engineers from disciplines such as Mechanical, Interior, Exterior, and Special Engineering;
- Ensure compliance with standards throughout the process;
- Monitor and optimize information flow between engineering and production;
- Ensure that production schedules and quality standards are met within budget and time constraints.
Job requirements
- Full-time availability;
- MBO/HBO education level or equivalent;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in shipbuilding or yacht building;
- Knowledge of the construction process for seaworthy (super)yachts;
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
- Computer skills, particularly in CAD software, NX, and Team Centre;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coach and motivate colleagues;
- Must be a permanent EU citizen.
