E&I Designer - Offshore Energy

As E&I Designer, you will: 

• Collaborate within a project team encompassing diverse disciplines, fostering adaptability and exposure to varied work dynamics.
• Support the lead/senior E&I designer in the creation of comprehensive construction drawings and lists essential for E&I design implementation by installers.
• Execute daily tasks including the preparation of block diagrams, hook-ups, layouts, and cable lists, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Utilize advanced tools such as 3D modeling and 2D AutoCAD to contribute effectively to project requirements and specifications.
• Employ SmartPlant Instrumentation for proficiently connecting cables, streamlining workflow processes and ensuring efficient project execution..

As E&I Designer, you must have and experience in:

•  Minimum 3 years in an engineering company.
• Greenfield E&I 3D Design: Proficient in detailed 3D design for Greenfield Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) projects.
• Offshore Platform Design: Experience in designing offshore platforms.
• HV Substations Design: Familiarity with High Voltage (HV) substations design.
• Advanced 3D Modelling: Able to model cable trays, E&I cabinets/panels, field equipment, HV/MV cables, and supports in 3D.
• LV Distribution Design: Knowledge of Low Voltage (LV) distribution design.
• Automation and Telecommunication Design: Familiarity with automation and telecommunication design principles.
