Technical Draftsman – Outfitting Department

For an exciting project that will breathe life into a breathtaking, fully-equipped entertainment cruise ship, we are thrilled to embark on a journey to discover a dedicated professional. This individual will play a pivotal role in strengthening our partners' mission to create a majestic mega liner, one that promises to bring endless joy to its visitors.

 

Their responsibilities will involve assisting the outfitting department in managing and processing outfitting data. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to showcase their exceptional drawing skills and collaborative mindset, contributing to the realization of an advanced cruise liner.

Aufgaben

  • Check incoming and outgoing data related to the outfitting department from customers, partners, and subcontractors. Ensuring technical compliance, quality, and completeness;
  • Process incoming and outgoing data, as well as handle registration, distribution, and    expediting tasks, in various databases, including an ERP system;
  • Create equipment lists for the outfitting department;
  • Manage the distribution of the project mailboxes and communicate with project engineering teams and other relevant stakeholders;  
  • Create detailed technical drawings for outfitting components. Additionally collaborate with engineers, and other professionals throughout the shipbuilding process to integrate design changes, improvements, and modifications into the drawings.

Anforderungen

  •  An undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field of maritime studies.; 
  • Familiarity with utilizing an ERP related system;
  • Proficiency in widely used design software;
  • Fluent proficiency in English and German for business communication;
  • Openness to adapt, a flexible attitude, and an organized, methodical work approach;
  • EU citizenship or possession of a valid Blue Card.

Konditionen

•          Gross annual salary between €45.500 – €48.000,-; 

•         A net allowance of € 150,- monthly (with a maximum of €3000,- over a period of 12 months, after which this is terminated);   

•         Pension insurance;

•         Paid National Holidays (approx. 10 days per year); 

•         Paid sick leave;

•         Paid overtime;

•          Commuting costs: it’s up to a maximum of €50,- per month, with the 'Deutschland-Ticket,' as it is commonly referred to; -

•          Assistance with your relocation, i.e. registration, legal and fiscal matters, and housing advice.
