Looking to speak to senior profile, Structural Engineers with extensive experience and passion for the offshore industry to join our client's dream team of Heavy Lift Engineers, Structural Engineers, Naval Engineers, and Draftsmen, working together to engineer the impossible.

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of their game-changing projects. You'll prep, design, analyze, and engineer for platform installations and removals using the world's most advanced, iconic offshore vessel. Your work covers everything from planning to removal, transport, and load-in/load-out engineering.

Aufgaben

Your responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, methodologies, and progress
  • Perform design studies and create structural plans
  • Budget and schedule project structural design work
  • Work on complex projects and multitask like a pro
  • Mentor junior engineers in the team
  • Conduct calculations, simulations, and provide offshore support
  • Coordinate fabrication efforts and review subcontractor designs
  • Improve departmental standards and guidelines

Anforderungen

What We're Looking For:
  • Substantial experience in the Offshore Oil & Gas (Heavy lift is a wow but not a must)
  • Hands-on mentality and ready to take initiative and lead by example
  • Analytical powerhouse with creative solutions
  • Team player with a relentless drive for success
  • Ready to grow and take on new challenges
  • Must be in NL already and can start ASAP
