Sr. Marine Systems Engineer

As a Sr. Marine Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the designs during the pre-FEED, FEED and detailed phases, making sure that the systems are well integrated, specify and judge the suitability of systems, while keeping a good balance between technological advancement and commercial awareness. For this role, extensive experience and technical knowledge in designing floating & production units such as FSO's, FPSO's, Oil & Gas Carriers, Chemical Tankers, Drilling Units, Semi's, TLP is a must. Work location is the Netherlands. 

Tasks:

In addition to the above mentioned:

• Interface knowledge with related disciplines,
• Checking if systems meet the rules of classification societies and Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) policies,
• Review methods, such as HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, LOPA HP/LP Reports, SIF Reports etc.

In addition to the above mentioned:

• Min. 7 years of experience, experience with FPSO, (pre-)FEED studies and Detailed Phase,
• A bachelor or masters degree in fields of Marine Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Higher Seafaring College or General Operational Technology (AOT).
