Service Center Officer

Middle Point’s practices are greatly supported by our Service Center. This team is now in need of a Service Center Officer who will support the relocation and employment of our professionals and will also ensure a pleasant and professional office environment. Furthermore, the Service Center Officer will be responsible for:

• Supporting the colleagues and professionals with, for example, contract making, relocation & registration processes, 30% ruling, immigration procedures, payroll administration in AFAS, holidays administration, etc.;
• Cooperating with the consultants in the onboarding of new (international) Middle Point professionals;
• The incoming communication (post, telephone, guests, email) and its distribution when applicable;
• Data entry & keeping up-to-date documents and certificates published on the website;
• A representative and professional appearance of the office.

To be successful in your role as a Service Center Officer at Middle Point, you must have the following skills:

• Vocational (HBO) working & thinking level;
• 3+ years of relevant experience;
• Language proficiency in Dutch and English language, both in writing and speaking;
• Very good software skills (MS Office, Outlook, Cloud, etc.) and good typing skills;
• Service-oriented, quality- and result-driven, flexible;
• Outstanding team working skills, tidy and organized;
• Last but not least you live in Amsterdam and surroundings, hold a car driving license (B) and are available on a full-time basis (40 hours p/w).
