Aufgaben

As Senior Recruitment Consultant at MP, you start by partnering up with your assigned client with the goal to understand the hiring needs & to translate them in an actionable recruitment plan. Next, you align and work together with your fellow colleagues and you also act as the buddy of 1-2 junior Recruitment Consultants, so that you help them learn and reach the goals together.

Furthermore, as you are focused on an assigned market or discipline, you search for candidates, you build and maintain your talent pool. Since you are the market expert, you advise the candidates and you support them along their journey in not only finding what they are looking for but also in relocating to the Netherlands, settling down & happily working in their new role.

To be a successful in this role, you should be someone who gets satisfaction from finding and placing unique profiles, helping others, building & maintaining long-term relationships. As a client responsible, you want to maintain your position as preferred supplier, thus, you continuously strive for reaching your targets in quantitative & qualitative terms. In a nutshell, as a Sr RC you want to be the first, the best and the most reliable professional that candidates & clients have ever encountered.

Your daily responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues by working on specific assignments within your specialization;
  • As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you own the full recruitment cycle from aligning with the client and be the point of contact to advertise vacancies, sourcing & selecting professionals, contracting & supporting during the relocation to NL;
  • Carry out interviews and assist your candidates in finding the best-fitting positions within our clients;
  • Actively support your colleagues & offering your advice;
  • Develop & manage the relationships with the placed candidates;
  • Be a recruitment specialist in the market, actively share information with colleagues regarding relevant developments & strengthen Middle Point's brand name.

Anforderungen

  • 5+ years’ experience in agency recruitment, preferably in the engineering field;
  • Bachelor/HBO level of education (preferably in HRM, BA or similar);
  • Experience in the Dutch labor market & in the recruitment of international profiles of all seniority levels is a must;
  • Expert in recruitment tools such as ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.;
  • Fluent in Dutch & English;
  • Team player, trustworthy & able to build genuine relationships;
  • Curious, eager to learn, positive and respectful;
  • Humor, but this is also subjective!
  • Transparent, persistent & realistic;
  • Residence in Amsterdam area or willing to relocate.
