The position requires substantial experience within the maritime field - several years of experience in shipbuilding is a must.You will manage and coordinate technical projects (ferries new build or refits) in collaboration with various service departments, ensuring quality, legal compliance, and budgetary constraints. You will also maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technical projects in close cooperation with service managers, ensuring deadlines, resources, quality, and budgets are met.
- Oversee the preparation of project documentation, including preliminary drafts, technical specifications, and public tender documents.
- Ensure compliance with legal frameworks, certification processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and organize project meetings (steering committees, progress reviews, specific commissions).
- Identify risks and propose mitigation measures, implementing necessary actions.
- Coordinate project progress with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage technical coordination with all specialized contractors and technical teams.
- Oversee administrative and contractual aspects related to various service providers.
