Aufgaben
Technology is the backbone of every superyacht: it’s present in the design, production, and outfitting phases.
Without technology, there is no superyacht.
Oversee the completion of design phases, detailed technical engineering, and 3D modeling to ensure precision and high standards;
Lead and support a team of engineers and interns by providing expert guidance, conducting inspections, and fostering their development;
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, classification rules, and flag state regulations;
Work closely with other disciplines to resolve and eliminate any technical issues.
Anforderungen
- A Bachelor or Master education in Mechanical Engineering or related study.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience as an Engineer in Shipbuilding.
- Relevant software knowledge of 3D Autocad, Teamcenter and Cadmatic
- Good command of the English language (verbal and written).
- Knowledge from and experience with exterior engineering, moving equipment and equipment integration.
- Insight into cable and panel planning, systems on board, and weight and budgeting.
- Deep technical insight into yacht building and production and construction processes.

- Salary in line your experience and the internal salary scale for this position;
- At least 25 days of paid holidays with additional days available.
- Compensation for commuting costs.
- 30% tax ruling for the first five years (if applicable).
- Language course compensation for up to €500
