Your MARKET: shipyards, engineering/design offices & consultancies in (north) Germany,

As Recruitment Consultant at MP, you are focused on an assigned market or discipline, you search for candidates, you build and maintain your own talent pool. Since you are the market expert, you advise the candidates and you support them along their journey in not only finding what they are looking for but also in relocating to the Netherlands, settling down & happily working in their new role.

To be successful in this role, you should be someone who gets satisfaction from finding and placing unique profiles, helping others, building & maintaining long-term relationships. You want to reach your targets and meet the expectations of both candidate and client. In a nutshell, as a Sr RC you want to be the first, the best and the most reliable professional that candidates & clients have ever encountered.

Your daily responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with colleagues by working on specific assignments within your specialization;
• As a Recruitment Consultant, you own the recruitment cycle within your specialization from advertising vacancies, sourcing & selecting professionals, to contracting & supporting in case of relocation to Germany;
• Carry out interviews and assist your candidates in finding the best-fitting positions within our clients;
• Work together with colleagues & actively support each other;
• Develop & manage the relationships with the placed candidates;
• Be a recruitment specialist in the market, actively share information with colleagues regarding relevant developments & strengthen Middle Point's brand name.

• Experience recruitment, preferably at an agency;
• Bachelor/HBO level of education (preferably in HRM, BA or similar);
• Experience in the German labor market is preferred;
• Expert in recruitment tools such as ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.;
• Fluent in both German & English;
• Team player, trustworthy & able to build genuine relationships;
• Curious, eager to learn, positive and respectful;
• Humor, but this is also subjective!
• Transparent, persistent & realistic;
• Residence in Amsterdam area or willing to relocate.
