As a Recruitment Consultant at MP, you work together with your colleagues in the recruitment of maritime professionals. You focus on a specific market, search for candidates, build your own talent pool, and create partnerships with your candidates. With the goal to make a positive impact on the lives of the professionals, you assist by advising them and supporting them along their journey.

Aufgaben
- Collaborating closely with colleagues by working on specific assignments within your specialization;
- Owning the full recruitment cycle from advertising vacancies, sourcing & selecting professionals;
- Carrying out interviews and assisting your candidates in finding the best fitting positions within our clients;
- Developing & managing the relationships with our professionals;
- Being a recruitment specialist in the followed market, actively sharing information with colleagues regarding relevant developments & strengthening Middle Point's brand name.
Anforderungen
- 2+ years’ experience in recruitment within an agency, preferably in the engineering field;
- Bachelor level of education (preferably in HRM, BA or similar);
- True team player, networker & able to connect with people;
- Positive mindset, resilient and winning mindset;
- Humor, but this is also subjective!
- Persistent, able to set & switch priorities quickly if required;
- Familiar with recruitment tools such as ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, other;
- Fluent in English. Proficiency in Dutch is a pre!
- Residence in Amsterdam area or willing to relocate.
