Aufgaben
As the Project Lead Electrical, you will be the key person responsible for the electrical design and implementation in superyacht projects. Your role involves:
- Managing the electrical design from contract to delivery.
- Creating technical request specifications.
- Assessing technical solutions provided by suppliers.
- Ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
- Supporting project, engineering, and service teams.
- Collaborating with Hull, Engineering, and Outfitting Managers.
- Advising and coordinating with designers and suppliers.
- Translating customer and architect requirements into feasible solutions.
- Monitoring costs and managing the project within scope and budget.
- Drafting project and progress reports.
Anforderungen
As Project Lead Electrical, you'll need:
- At least HBO level education in Electrical Engineering or similar.
- Knowledge of yacht building and system integration.
- Experience with large-scale project management.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into practical solutions.
- Experience monitoring project budgets, timelines, and quality.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to design and production changes.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work at both of our client's locations.
