In the role of Buyer, you will work as part of a team and contribute to helping our clients building their perfect yacht.

As Buyer, you will:

• Oversee the supply chain process, managing multiple procurement packages and suppliers
• Follow up with suppliers to make sure the order is executed on time and accurately
• Together with the Project Team, handle possible issues (operational and contractual) with the suppliers
• Identify possible issues and opportunities
• Manage framework agreements and cooperate with colleagues and management to ensure the best deal within the package
• Develop and maintain relationship with third parties, such as subcontractors

In your role of Buyer, you need:

• MSc or BSc in a relevant discipline, or equivalent working experience
• Previous experience, preferably in the Dutch market and within the maritime (yacht building) industry
• Analytical mindset, combined with team player attitude
• An eye for details, while staying on top of the entire process
• Proactive attitude and problem solving approach
• Experience with Navision and MS office
• Knowledge of English (and ideally Dutch
